Shipping Policy — Malay Malay Home

Local Pickup
Customers can choose to pick up their orders directly from our location. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Currently, pickup is available in Manchester, and we may add more pickup points in the future.
Local Delivery (Manchester & Birmingham)
We offer local delivery by our own team in Manchester and Birmingham areas. Delivery fee and schedule will be confirmed at checkout. Free local delivery is available for orders over £60. For orders under £60, we will charge £8 for either local delivery or DPD shipping. If your address is outside these areas, please select DPD Shipping instead.
DPD Nationwide Shipping
For locations outside Manchester and Birmingham, we deliver via DPD courier service. Shipping rates are being finalised as we set up our DPD business account, and we will update this policy as soon as they are confirmed. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch.
All delivery options are subject to different shipping time frames, which may vary from time to time. All shipment tracking details are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we deliver within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be added later.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@malaymalayhome.com, and we will assist you promptly.
